A semi-autobiographical book by Fujimoto Yasushi, head of the design collective CAP .

The book is filled with stories of the author's life as a designer, beginning with his time at the Taiyo editorial team in the 1970s . It also includes visual pages featuring carefully selected photos of caps from Fujimoto's vast collection, as well as snapshots he himself took.
