USGI Advanced Combat Pants in OCP camouflage, featuring a multi-pocket combat trouser construction with reinforced sections around the knees. The trousers have large flap-covered cargo pockets on each thigh, additional lower-leg pockets, rear buttoned pockets and belt loops around the waistband. Hook-and-loop adjustment tabs are fitted at the waist, while drawcords at the leg cuffs allow the openings to be adjusted.
The interior label identifies these as Army Combat Pants and notes removable knee pads can be fitted. The size label is marked Medium-Long.
